Ngāti Porou • Te Whānau-a-Apanui

Te Aihe is a podcast producer and voice artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland NZ. Having graduated from Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School in 2014 (Entertainment Technology), he has worked extensively in the performing arts industry as a freelance technician, designer and performer.

An avid fan of tabletop roleplaying games and improvised storytelling, Te Aihe enjoys experimenting with accent, tone and timbre to create vivid characters. He has a natural warmth to his voice that belies an ability to shift easily from youthful smoothness to a seasoned gravel.   

Te Aihe also has a strong singing voice (having worked extensively with award-winning showband The Modern Māori Quartet), which ranges from low baritone to high tenor.
