Ko Esmée Myers tōku ingoa 😊I’m a half-NZ 🇳🇿, half-Brit 🇬🇧 voice actor based in Tāmaki Makaurau. With nearly 15 years behind the mic, actor training from Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School, and a Master of Creative Writing from AUT, I love to bring craft and heart to every read.

How would you describe my voice?
People have kindly shared that my voice feels warm and conversational - easy to listen to, and authentic, with a mix of heart and trust. Whether I’m voicing for local and global brands or whispering through wondrous new worlds, I endeavour to bring soul, skill, and story to every script.

Accents? You betcha.
Neutral NZ is my home base, but I travel frequently and fluently across British, US General & US Southern, Aussie, and Irish too.

I also love weaving te ao Māori not just through language, but into the way I work - guided by values like manaakitanga, wairua, and kotahitanga. Te reo Māori is a taonga I’m actively learning and seek to honour.

Ultimately, I like to approach every script with care - not just to deliver words, but to honour the story, the audience, and the kaupapa behind it.
