Ryan has worked extensively in Australian and New Zealand TV and film for the last 20 years. Playing roles such as Prince Frederik of Denmark in channel Tens ‘Mary the Making of a Princess’ to Home and Away, and Channel Seven's City Homicide. More recently Ryan has appeared on New Zealand’s Shortland Street as twins Dylan and Daniel and TVNZ's One Lane Bridge.
Ryan last appeared on stage in Auckland as Stanley in A streetcar named Desire, for Silo theatre.
