Hi there! I’m Zoe Tomaras; a tenacious and determined voice artist from Sydney, Australia.
My style is young-but-wise. I use my youthful edge to specialise in tween, teen, and young adult content. Common descriptions of my vocal style have been educative, inviting, and colourful. I have curated a voice reel that is playful but elegant.
My strengths as a performer include intelligence, depth, imagination, and my amusing (albeit dry) wit. These traits have been supported and enhanced through years of academic and practical training, which includes an Advanced Diploma in Stage and Screen Acting (AFTT), as well as a Master of Media Arts and Production (UTS). I completed specialised vocal studies, voice acting, and voice over classes throughout my studies, and continue to do so. I am an active member of Sydney’s arts industry; working professionally as an actor, theatre maker, and director.
I have trained under some of Sydney’s voice greats, such as Linda Nicholls-Gidley, Felicity Jurd, Yannick Lawry, and Al Toogood. I am continuously developing my skills not only through private rehearsal and practice, but also professional coaching, workshops, and masterclasses.
