Maxwell completed the NZ School of Radio course in Tauranga in 2016. Working as a Production Engineer and On-Air Announcer for the last 4 years, Maxwell has perfected his voicing skills through regular commercal voicing and Hosting his More FM Day show 10am - 3pm weekdays in Rotorua. You will hear Maxwells voice across the Mediaworks Radio Network brands such as More FM, The Edge, Mai FM and The Rock.

Maxwell has also voiced many instructional videos and induction videos for workplaces.
