With a musical background as a singer for over 30 years, Phil stumbled into voiceover after recording a small business promotional video.  He was hooked, and set out on a constant programme of training and improvement.  His dedication paid off in 2024 with a One Voice Award for Best Performance in Web/TV Commercial.  He also received a nomination for Best Performance in Radio and at the VOX Awards 24 for Best Male Performance on a Visual Production and Best Male Performance of the Year.

Phil's passion is for projecting the emotion from a script and getting it across to the listener. He loves dramatic scripts with powerful sentiments, the idea of affecting others his voice fascinates him.
